The Family Bridge Program is for families who know ordinary tutoring is not enough, but who are not yet looking for the full White-Glove Academic Management model.

Family Bridge Program

Founder-led academic support for families who need more than tutoring, but not the full White-Glove package.

This package is available to the first two families who enroll for the school year.

The Family Bridge Program is a high-touch academic and executive-function support program led directly by Dr. Erik Dutilly.

It is designed for families who want direct founder involvement, but do not need the full intensity of RiT’s White-Glove Academic Management service.

This program is a bridge between regular tutoring and full academic management. It gives students consistent in-person support, executive-function coaching, parent strategy, academic planning, and progress monitoring across the school year.

The Family Bridge Program is especially useful when a student is capable but inconsistent: assignments are missing, grades are uneven, motivation is hard to sustain, or the family needs a clearer plan for managing school demands.

Unlike standard tutoring, this program does not focus only on homework or subject support. Dr. Dutilly works with the student and family to identify priorities, build systems, support academic work, and adjust the plan as the school year unfolds.

This is an educational support program, not therapy or psychological evaluation. It is best understood as founder-level academic strategy, executive-function support, and direct instructional help in one package.

Best for
The Family Bridge Program is best for families who want direct support from RiT’s founder but do not need the full White-Glove Academic Management package.

It may be a strong fit for students who are bright but struggling to manage school consistently, including students with ADHD, dyslexia, executive-function challenges, missing-work patterns, uneven grades, 504 plans, IEPs, or complex academic needs.

It can also work well for families with twins or siblings who can share the support hours.

Family communication
Families receive regular session notes, goal tracking, progress updates, and strategic guidance around academic priorities and next steps.

Optional parent strategy meetings are included as part of the 75 founder-support hours.
