RiT’s highest-touch academic and executive-function support program, led directly by Dr. Erik Dutilly.
White-Glove Academic Management is RiT’s most comprehensive founder-led service.
This program is designed for families who want direct, ongoing support from Dr. Dutilly across the school year: in-person academic instruction, executive-function coaching, parent strategy, customized academic planning, progress tracking, and coordination with school or outside professionals when appropriate.
This is not ordinary tutoring. It is a full academic management program for students whose school challenges require more than weekly homework help.
Dr. Dutilly works directly with the student and family to identify priorities, build systems, support academic work, manage school demands, and adjust the plan as the year unfolds.
White-Glove Academic Management is an educational support program, not therapy or psychological evaluation. It is best suited for families who need high-accountability academic strategy, executive-function support, and direct instructional help in one coordinated package.

Best for
White-Glove Academic Management is best for families who want RiT’s highest level of founder involvement and academic oversight.
It may be a strong fit for bright, capable students whose school performance has become inconsistent, stressful, or difficult to manage through ordinary tutoring alone.
This includes students with ADHD, dyslexia, executive-function challenges, missing-work patterns, uneven grades, 504 plans, IEPs, demanding course loads, or complex academic needs.
It can also work well for households with twins or multiple siblings who can share the support hours.
Family communication
Families receive regular session notes, progress updates, goal tracking, and strategic guidance around academic priorities and next steps.
A monthly parent strategy meeting is included as part of the founder-support hours. Additional parent, teacher, or school communication may be included when appropriate and when it supports the student’s academic plan.
Services included
Limited enrollment
White-Glove Academic Management is limited to 2 students per school year.
This limit allows Dr. Dutilly to provide direct, sustained support to each White-Glove family while continuing to oversee RiT’s broader tutoring team.
