Founder-Led Academic Management
A high-touch academic and executive-function support program led directly by Dr. Erik Dutilly.
Private Academic Management is for families who want the strongest version of RiT’s executive-function tutoring model: direct support from the founder, twice-weekly student sessions, parent consultation, progress tracking, and customized academic planning.
This program is designed for students whose school challenges are not solved by ordinary tutoring alone. Some students need help with assignments and content. Others need a better system for managing school, recovering from setbacks, communicating with adults, planning ahead, and turning their ability into consistent academic performance.
Dr. Dutilly works directly with the student and family to identify priorities, build systems, support academic work, and coordinate next steps over the semester.
