Evan Lei

Tutor

Evan is a junior at CU Boulder with a major in political science and a minor in communications. He has several years of experience tutoring middle and high school students with a focus on math (through calculus III), physics, writing, and social studies. Evan enjoys working through challenging problems with students, bringing an analytical approach that emphasizes curiosity, discovery, and collaboration. He hopes to help students become independent thinkers with confidence in their abilities, ready to achieve any goals they may set. 

Elyse Meade

Tutor 

  • Biology, Chemistry, History, Writing


Elyse is an undergraduate pre-med student at the University of Colorado Boulder pursuing degrees in History and Integrative Physiology with a minor in Chemistry. She is a part of the Arts and Sciences Honors program at CU Boulder. Her specializations include chemistry, biology, writing, and reading comprehension. She holds lots of experience tutoring, coaching sports, and teaching music and enjoys working with a wide variety of students and creating strong relationships with them. 

Sergio Morales

Tutor

 Sergio is a freshman at the University of Colorado Boulder, majoring in chemical engineering. He has experience tutoring various subjects in high school and is passionate about giving back to the community in any way possible. Sergio primarily focuses on tutoring math—up to precalculus—and chemistry but is also proficient in Spanish and physics. He strives to build meaningful connections with students, not just as a tutor but as a mentor and friend, making learning enjoyable by incorporating students' personal interests into the material. Outside of tutoring, Sergio enjoys solving and collecting Rubik’s cubes, building with LEGO, and exploring the world of chemistry. 

Dylan Gowins

 Dylan recently graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a triple major in Mathematics, Neuroscience, and Psychology. In college, Dylan was part of the McNair Scholars Program, The Miramontes Arts and Sciences Program, and the Presidents Leadership Class, which brought his passion for community-centered learning to new heights. He has experience tutoring math for elementary, middle, and high school students, and has been using this experience to develop math assessments that make learning easy and fun. 

Annabel Carpenter

 Annabel is a Sophomore at the University of Colorado Boulder majoring in Integrative Physiology and minoring in Sports Media on the pre-med route. She has experience tutoring students ranging from elementary to high school aged focusing on math and sciences, helping students build confidence and master challenging concepts. She excels at breaking down complex problems into manageable steps, making learning more approachable and effective. Whether guiding students through foundational skills or advanced coursework, her goal is to create a supportive and engaging environment that fosters academic success.
