If executive function tutoring is our signature offering, customized learning is our best kept secret.
Periodically families approach us with a project, request, or need that does not fit any traditional mold. This is when we offer a custom, jointly designed learning program. This is where we shine. This where the RiT craft is at its pinnacle.
Here are some of the unique projects we've engaged in with families:
- Preparing students for the Civil Air Patrol Test
- Teaching mental mathematics to elementary students
- Helping students remain in a math track that is severely challenging them
- Helping students jump math levels into Advanced 1 and 2
- Developing remedial mathematics assignments tailored to students interests (e.g., orca whales, Spanish language acquisition, and accountant skills)
- Using stories to teach math
- Supporting early reading
There is no project too little or too large because each learning project is equally important.
